Tjian Lam

My name is Tjian Lam, currently living in Rotterdam.

I work for Dataworkz in Utrecht as a Data Scientist gone Engineering. Basically it means I enjoy any hands-on related data activity, preferably witha combination of open source and cloud technologies. In my current project for BAM, I act as a Lead Data Engineer, introducing software best practices to the team and organization.

Previously, I worked for Teradata as a Data Scientist. In my previous and current role I have done projects for clients such: Port of Rotterdam, de Belastingdienst, DSM, OHRA, Bankia.

I am always excited to code, develop and explore new technologies. But in the end, I get energy by working with people, in a pragmatic way. Getting things done in an automated way.

Holding two bartender certificates, I try to find my way in mixology andcreating delicious drinks for wonderful people.
